Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By accessing the pjok website or mobile platform, you are legally deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. These terms are subject to change, and continuing to use the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, please discontinue use of the pjok platform.
These Terms & Conditions apply to users in Bangladesh and shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable Bangladeshi law. pjok is open only to individuals aged 18 and above. Creating or using an account on behalf of a minor is strictly prohibited. pjok reserves the right to immediately close any account found to be in violation of this rule.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration Rules
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account on pjok. Each person is allowed only one account — creating multiple accounts or registering under someone else's identity is strictly prohibited. pjok may request ID or other supporting documents during account verification, and failure to provide them may result in your account being restricted or closed.
Users must update their account information immediately if any details provided at registration change. If an account is found to have been created using false or misleading information, all associated balances may be forfeited.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. Sharing your account access or password with any third party is strictly prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, report it immediately to [email protected].
Pjok will never ask for your password via email or phone. Any such communication should be treated as fraudulent — please contact us immediately if you receive one. We strongly recommend using a strong password to keep your account secure.
Platform Usage Rules & Prohibited Activities
The pjok platform is intended for personal entertainment only. Accessing the platform for commercial purposes, using bots or automated software, attempting to manipulate game outcomes, or exploiting system vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited. If any such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately and legal action may be taken.
Defrauding, harassing, or engaging in harmful conduct toward other members, as well as attempting to use the platform for money laundering or illegal transactions, are considered serious violations. pjok reserves the right to report any suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.
- Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits is prohibited.
- Using a false identity or fabricated information to conduct transactions is prohibited.
- Reverse engineering or copying any part of the platform is prohibited.
- Attempting to access or hack another user's account is prohibited.
Payments, Transactions & Account Balance Policy
Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on pjok are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). Deposits can be made via approved mobile banking methods including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Funds are typically credited to your account within minutes. Account verification must be completed before withdrawals can be processed, and withdrawal terms may be updated from time to time.

Bonus & Promotion Terms
Each bonus and promotional offer on pjok has its own specific terms. Before using any bonus, make sure you are familiar with the applicable conditions, wagering requirements, and expiry dates. pjok reserves the right to forfeit bonus balances if bonus rules are violated.

Pjok is committed to providing uninterrupted service wherever possible; however, service disruptions may occur due to technical issues, server problems, or other unavoidable circumstances. In such cases, pjok shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses. pjok's liability is also limited in the event of losses arising from an ongoing game or betting session being interrupted by a loss of internet connection.
Intellectual Property
All content on the pjok platform — including logos, designs, software, games, text, and graphics — is protected under the intellectual property rights of pjok or its licensors. Reproducing, distributing, or commercially using any content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

Account Suspension, Closure & Changes to Terms

- Suspected fraudulent or illegal activity.
- The account has been inactive for an extended period.
Users may request account closure at any time. Any eligible balance will be made available for withdrawal before the account is closed, except in cases involving fraud.

Pjok reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or through the platform in advance. Updated terms take effect from the date of publication, and continued use of the platform thereafter constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
